These Terms & Conditions govern the use of my website and services. By booking a Free Spanish Assessment, joining the Small Group Program, or enrolling in the Premium One-to-One Program, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Offered

I offer the following services:

Free Spanish Assessment: a 30-minute online session to evaluate your current level, discuss your goals, and recommend a learning plan.
Small Group Program: live online Spanish lessons in a small group setting, focused on communication, fluency, and real-life situations.
Premium One-to-One Program: personalized one-to-one coaching tailored to your goals, schedule, and learning pace.

Details about lesson frequency, duration, and pricing are provided on the website or during the booking process.

3. Booking Requests

Free Spanish Assessment: You can request a free assessment through the website form or other contact methods indicated.
Small Group Program and Premium One-to-One Program: Enrollment is subject to availability and confirmation by me.
I reserve the right to accept or decline any booking request.

4. Payments and Billing

Prices for paid programs are shown on the website or communicated directly to you.
Payments must be made in the currency and through the payment methods indicated during checkout.
Full payment is generally required before the start of the Small Group Program or Premium One-to-One Program, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You are responsible for any bank or transaction fees charged by your payment provider.

5. Free Assessment Terms

The Free Spanish Assessment is offered once per person, unless I explicitly agree otherwise.
The assessment is free of charge and there is no obligation to purchase a program afterward.
I reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free assessment offer at any time, without affecting assessments already booked and confirmed.

6. Lesson Scheduling

Lesson times for the Small Group Program and Premium One-to-One Program are agreed in advance.
All lessons are delivered online, typically via Zoom or a similar video platform.
You are responsible for having a stable internet connection, a suitable device, and the necessary software to join the lessons.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Premium One-to-One Program:

You may reschedule up to 3 lessons per calendar month.
You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled lesson time.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a late cancellation and the lesson may be counted as used.

Small Group Program:

Group lessons follow a fixed schedule.
If you miss a group lesson, it is generally not rescheduled individually and no refund is provided for missed group sessions, unless otherwise stated.

8. Late Arrivals and No-Shows

If you are late for a lesson, the session will still end at the scheduled time and no extra time will be added.
If you do not attend a scheduled lesson (no-show) and do not provide the required notice, the lesson may be counted as used and no refund will be given.

9. Refund Policy

Free Spanish Assessment: no payment is required, so no refunds apply.
Small Group Program and Premium One-to-One Program:

Unless otherwise stated, payments are generally non-refundable once the program has started.
In exceptional circumstances (for example, serious illness or relocation), I may, at my discretion, offer a partial refund or credit for future lessons.
If I need to cancel a lesson or program and cannot offer a suitable alternative, you will be entitled to a refund for the affected sessions.

10. Student Responsibilities

By joining any of my services, you agree to:

Attend lessons on time and be prepared.
Participate actively and respectfully in lessons.
Use appropriate language and behavior in all communications.
Not share Zoom links or access details with people who are not enrolled.
Inform me promptly of any changes to your contact details.

11. Learning Materials and Intellectual Property

All lesson materials, worksheets, slides, videos, and other resources provided as part of my services are for your personal use only.
You may not copy, distribute, sell, or share these materials with others without my prior written permission.
All intellectual property rights in the materials remain with me or my licensors.

12. Certificate of Completion

A Certificate of Completion may be issued at the end of a program if you have met the participation and completion criteria communicated to you.
The certificate confirms your participation but does not represent an official academic qualification.

13. Limitation of Liability

I will provide my services with reasonable care and skill.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of income, business, or opportunities, arising from the use of my services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

I process your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence within the European Union.
